Definition
Vehicle film mainly used for decoration or colour change, usually with a different construction and purpose from dedicated PPF.
Why it matters
A coloured film is not automatically coloured PPF. Confirm intended use and documented properties. Compare protection, finish, care and removal on the exact products rather than treating every vehicle wrap as one category.
Apply the concept
Choosing PPF: start with the job, not the badge
A practical sequence for choosing coverage, checking paint and comparing film options before you request a quote.
