Definition
A surface treatment used to influence appearance and cleaning behaviour. It does not create the same replaceable physical film barrier as PPF.
Why it matters
A compatible coating may be applied over some PPF products. Confirm the combination, process and care implications before applying it. Beading or a hardness claim does not establish equivalent protection against stone impacts.
